Refund Policy

At Refraze, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available for unopened and unused packages.

  • To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  • Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
     

2. Return Process

  • To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund.
     

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product will be refunded.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
     

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital downloads or virtual products.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
     

5. How Refunds Are Issued

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
