At Refraze, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product will be refunded.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
